Small Group Personal Training Class – Great total body workout for YOU in a group setting! Get lean and feel fit after this calorie blasting workout which provides the combined perks of a one on one personal training session (individualized attention to exercise and execution, adjustments) and a group training class (social and fun, affordable, prime times to train). Guided instruction throughout the class so you are doing the exercises safely and effectively. Focuses on total body strength and resistance/weight training with some cardio. Workouts are structured in a weekly 4-day training split (upper body day, lower body day, total body day, core and glute day). The main portion of the workouts are done in 45 minutes or less, allowing you to get in and out with your exercise, or you may choose to stick around for cardio, stretching, and/or questions for your coach. All fitness levels are welcome. 

Pilates Mat - Pilates mat classes focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. The instructor presents the exercises at multiple levels which allows students to choose to work at a beginning, intermediate, or advanced pace. Students learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. Various props (e.g. bands, foam rollers, rings, light weights, and balls) are incorporated to enhance and intensify the workout. No previous Pilates experience is necessary to join a mat class.

Buff Bones – This is a full body workout for bone strengthening and balance.  It integrates Pilates,  strength training, and functional movement to improve the health of your joints and bones.  All levels welcome. Additional program fees apply.

SMR + Recovery – Known as Self-Myofascial Release, this 30 minute class will help to release all the knots in the body and provide a wonderfully relaxing experience.  SMR is a means of breaking up tight and sore connective tissue and musculature so that the body can recovery, move, and function optimally. When the body is always taxed via resistance training and other activities of daily living, it needs recovery in order for it to improve and continue developing. SMR + Recovery is one key means of promoting recovery and improvements that carry over into performance, fat loss, and overall fitness. We will be utilizing foam rollers and small balls (tennis/lacrosse) during this session to work the entire body. This is the perfect ending to your week of strength training and an essential to your workout program! All levels welcome.

Burn at the Barre – Get the results you want for a long, lean, strong body! Transform your hips, thighs and arms! This class is the perfect blend of deep muscle toning, stretching, balancing, and cardio vascular intervals guaranteed to pump up your heart rate and burn fat! Barre incorporates the fluidity of ballet, the flexibility of yoga, and the core strengthening of Pilates. It is a structured, easy-to-follow total body workout. This low impact workout combines light weights with other props to ensure you get a challenging workout every time! And best of all—NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! All fitness levels

Core & Stretch - This workout zones in on the core which includes not only the visibly seen abdominal section, but the deep transverse abdominis, low back, glutes, and some mid back, leaving you toned and limber. Training these muscles in conjunction with each other serves to improve posture, mobility, balance, visual appearance of lean, tone, and flat abs. There is also some work done for mobility and balance. Exercises vary from floor/mat work, to cables, and use of mixed equipment for functional movement. A flexible muscle is 20% stronger!  Join us and unwind during your day. All levels welcome.

Cardio+ - This workout utilizes various cardiovascular systems and training methods; from intervals and sprints to steady state exercise to tempo training, some compound and core exercise may be incorporated into the workouts as well. This is an essential class to round out your other strength training workouts during the week!
