Our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible so you have a seamless, enjoyable experience at our studio. Below, we have listed instructions on how to book classes and what to expect during the process.

HOW TO JOIN A GROUP PILATES SESSION

We have a new small group pilates training program starting each month! Please contact us to sign up for your pilates training spot. The groups are limited in size.

PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS

Please contact the studio or individual trainers to book your next private session.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SESSION

WHAT TO WEAR

Wear comfortable, breathable clothes that you can easily move in. If you are coming to a pilates based workout, then socks are required for health and safety reasons and we recommend that you wear non-slip socks to work out in. We have several non-slip socks options available for purchase.

STAY HYDRATED

Water is vital to a healthy body so we recommend drinking water before, during and after a workout. Please remember to bring your water bottle to class.
