At TrueFit we have the new SPINNER Blade bikes each equipped with a spinning computer to gauge cadence, heart rate, distance traveled and calories burned. Spin classes are taught by Madd Dogg and CPR/AED certified instructors in custom designed studio that includes a fiber optic star ceiling in use for some classes.
